Annual Report and Accounts 2007 and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company has submitted copies of the documents listed below to the Financial Services Authority:

(a) the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2007;

(b) notice of Annual General Meeting to be held on 21 February 2008;

(c) the Form of Proxy in relation to the Annual General Meeting.
